On August 2008 received a State of California Senate Resolution acknowledging the
hard works and excellence in journalism.

On June 2008, the Philippine Senate adopted a Resolution commending them for being the Recipient of the Award for Excellence in Journalism during the Fourth Annual Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Awards in celebration of the Asian Pacific Islander American (APIA) Heritage Month. received said award in May 2008 from the California Asian Pacific Islander Joint Legislative Caucus.

In 1999, received the Star Suppliers of the Year of the Southern California Regional Purchasing Council (SCRPC).

In 1997, received the Minority Media Award from the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Los Angeles Minority Business Opportunity Committee (LA MBOC), of the City of Los Angeles, Mayor's Office of Economic Development. The Minority Business Development Agency of the US Department of Commerce funds the LA MBOC.

In 1996, was awarded as a Media Advocate by the United States Small Business Administration, making us the first Asian American to win in this category.
